Our Challenge

Mahesh Foundation is continuously striving to provide a sustainable and self-reliant learning environment for underprivileged children. With the construction of the new school building, the need for a reliable and eco-friendly source of electricity has become critical. Frequent power interruptions and dependence on conventional energy sources not only affect classroom activities but also hinder the operation of essential educational tools like digital boards, lights, fans, and computer labs. To ensure uninterrupted learning and reduce operational costs, a long-term energy solution is necessary.

Recognizing the importance of clean and uninterrupted energy in education, Epiroc extended its generous support by contributing to the installation of a 100kV Solar Power Plant at the new school building. This initiative has provided a reliable and renewable source of energy, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for classrooms, digital infrastructure, and basic facilities. The solar plant not only supports day-to-day functioning but also aligns with the foundation’s commitment to environmental responsibility. This impactful collaboration is a step toward creating an energy-efficient, self-sustaining learning space for hundreds of underprivileged children.
